I know it is a little late in the evening for my Monday Must Have's but here it is anyway. I am soo in love with these petite little cupcake pedestals. I need a set of these in my life. Getting inspired...

to change the house up a bit. I've been looking online for design inspiration for the redecorating that we plan on doing. I found tons of inspiration the portfolio of photographer Brandon Barre. His Portfolio had tons of shots from Candice Olsen, whom I love.

Hello Kitty is coming to town...

October 23 - November 15, 200. Royal/T cafe art space will be hosting the Hello Kitty Three Apples exhibit. The exhibit will include Hello Kitty's apartment and special 35th Anniversary memorabilia. Oh, and make sure that you don't miss the Hello Kitty Birthday Party on November 1st. October Monthly Goal Meetup...

I am glad that Jena decided to keep the Monthly Goal Meetup going it has been really useful in keeping me on track with goals and getting focused. I know that I've been saying it a lot lately but this year has really been flying by.

So my goals for September were:

Design - A few new invitation suites. I haven't designed any in a while so I would like to start creating for Springcart Luxe which will be my custom invitation line.

Prep: Figure out if I want to organize a small holiday show like the one that we had this past weekend. And if the answer is yes I need to get on top of it.

Complete: Not sure

Market: Continue to market the shop and the Design Lab. I also want to create a marketing plan for our online Trunk Shows.

Continue: As always continue to hustle and make it happen, promote the shop...

And I can tell you that I didn't really get any of those goals accomplished. I will say that I took a much needed vacation this month. I came back and feel rejuvenated and full of ideas and energy. I know that as small business owners we tend to not take those needed breaks but I think that they are really a necessity for sanity and for creativity. :)

My old computer died last month...I know bummer. But luckily enough we had MacBook Pro laying around the house. I know... when I said that to someone they were like who has a MacBook just lying around the house but its true. So now I am on a Mac and I swore I was a PC. So I had to get the hang of things but it's working out ok.

I also had a ton of graphic clients this month so I didn't have as much time to make new stuff and promote it as well as I would have liked.

Just a few of the projects that I worked on this month are here, here, here ,here and here. This site is scheduled to launch this week.

My goals for October are to get the goals for last month completed.
